Do my kids need their own accounts?
No — and that's deliberate. Kids don't have logins, emails, or passwords. A parent signs in on the child's device and assigns it to them in Kid View. Getting back to the parent side takes your PIN.
What can TokenBank see about my family?
Almost nothing. We store your email address so you can sign in, and an encrypted blob we cannot open. Names, balances, tasks, rewards — all of it is encrypted on your device with a key only your family holds.
What happens if I forget my password?
When you create your family you get a recovery code. Keep it safe — because we can't read your data, that code is the only way back in without your password. If both are lost, your data can't be recovered by anyone, including us.
Is the Family add-on a subscription for the whole app?
No. The app itself is a one-time purchase. The Family add-on only raises the limits — more kids, more adults, more devices. Cancel it and the app keeps working with the standard limits.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. Your family's data syncs between devices in real time.
